The Analyst is responsible for all phases of the clinical information system implementation and ongoing operation within their assigned specialty or area and providing backup support for additional areas or specialties. These aspects include planning, design, development, implementation, maintenance and evaluation of systems, processes, and workflow. The analyst shall maintain a positive working relationship with the end user departments seeking opportunities for collaboration and consolidation of effort for organization initiatives and acting as an advocate of IT systems to the end users while providing a conduit to appropriate IT personnel from the end user community. Throughout the performance of all assigned tasks, the analyst shall stay current on trends and developments in the functional areas and opportunities to leverage technology to meet evolving needs (especially after go-live). <BR>Job Requirements:<BR>? A Bachelor''s degree with a clinical focus is required though an Associate''s degree with significant applicable experience across clinical and technological areas may be considered<BR>? A Master''s degree with a concentration in a healthcare technology field is preferred<BR>? 3-5 years clinical experience<BR>? Previous experience implementing one or more Cerner Millennium products or another similar electronic health information system strongly preferred<BR>? Current and relevant technology experience (PC, applications, software support) preferred<BR>? Current licensure by the state of Washington is preferred. <BR>? A certification in Nursing Informatics or a related certification is preferred<BR>? Demonstrated ability to plan and implement clinical information systems<BR>? Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical documentation and literature<BR>?
