<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Job Descriptions:<BR><BR>TheCRM System Administratoris responsible for the ongoing setup and maintenance of Precor’s CRM tools, primarily Salesforce.com, with a focus on Service functionality. This position reports to the Director of Sales Process & Technology.<BR>SCOPE OF POSITION<BR>Actively pursue the success of all CRM initiatives with a focus on user results and effective systems and processes. Primary responsibility is the setup and management of the Salesforce.com application and related portals. This is a hands-on position. This position will serve Precor globally.<BR>Business Elements<BR>* Understand and seek to enable all aspects of the customer-facing business organization<BR>* Review, map and analyze business processes and translate to system requirements<BR>* Proactive identification of process improvement and enablement opportunities<BR>* Work with all levels of the organization to determine needs and establish priorities<BR>Technical Elements<BR>* Daily salesforce.com administration tasks<BR>* Configuring shared, custom reports and dashboards<BR>* Setup and customization of the application<BR>* Activation of new features and processes within the application<BR>* End User Training<BR>* Maintaining the Role Hierarchy and other user structures<BR>* Adding and Deleting Users as employees are hired, transferred, or leave the organization<BR>* Provide user help by answering “how to” questions that are specific to business processes or salesforce.com implementation<BR>* Assisting with bulk imports of data<BR>* Maintaining security profiles and access rights for users within the application<BR>* Maintaining, adding, or deleting system rules, such as auto-sharing and lead assignments<BR>* Assist other Admins and Delegated Admins, including training and knowledge transfer<BR>* May include administration and support of the Big Machines application<BR>* Other duties as assigned<BR>Activities outside of normal business hours may be required by project demands and implementation schedules. This includes weekends.<BR>Travel will be less than 10% over the course of typical year, but may include limited international travel.<BR>Required Experience:<BR><BR>Education<BR>* Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS or computer science or equivalent work experience<BR>* Preferred: Salesforce.com certification of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Portal<BR>Experience<BR>* Minimum 2 years experience in Salesforce.com administration, including at least 1 year of Service Cloud experience.<BR>* Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in customer support and service systems<BR>* Ability to document and analyze business processes<BR>* Very strong oral, written and interpersonal communications skills<BR>* Ability to work toward corporate objectives<BR>* Ability to develop strategies, action plans and metrics to monitor results<BR>* Identify, analyze and resolve problems in a timely manner<BR>* Work in a fast-paced, changing environment<BR>Competencies<BR>* Sets and attains high performance standards for self and others<BR>* Gathers and interprets informat </font></td>
