               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Training and Safety Coordinator<BR>Tracking Code<BR>USD-2012-50<BR>Job Description<BR><BR>Assesses skill levels, designs curriculums, and coordinates delivery of programs to train all levels of manufacturing personnel.? Maintains database of employee proficiencies, training activities completed, and scheduling of future training requirements for maintaining current skills and certifications and developing new competencies. Provides administrative oversight of the Division?s Safety Committee to ensure that workplace conditions comply with all federal and state occupational health and safety standards.<BR>Required Skills<BR><BR>* Develop and implement Primus USD Certified Operator training program<BR>* Consult with Division managers to assess competencies required for all departments<BR>* Conduct skill assessments of all employees to identify training needs?<BR>* Develop in-house programs and practices to address developmental needs including preparing personnel for more responsible?positions and increasing effectiveness in present assignments?<BR>* Coordinate all Division training activities and tracking completion by course and employee in training database<BR>* Consult with Division Manager of Lean Initiatives to identify future training objectives<BR>* Evaluate and provide oversight of contractors or vendors to develop and/or administer training programs<BR>* Oversee the ongoing and regular conduct of the Division?s Safety Committee<BR>* Ensure that regular safety inspections and accident investigations are completed<BR>* Provide follow-up of the corrective actions required for all identified safety concerns<BR>* Prepare and maintains all required safety records and accident reports<BR>* Coordinate safe work procedures training courses as required<BR>Required Experience<BR><BR>* Knowledge of training and development research, learning theory, motivation theory, learning methods and techniques<BR>* Knowledge of OSHA, BQMS, and other aerospace manufacturing training requirements and compliance standard<BR>* Knowledge of federal and state occupational safety and health standards<BR>* Knowledge of the Division?s manufacturing processes and procedures, products, and materials<BR>* Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills, including the ability to work professionally with others<BR>* Proficient in Microsoft Office and database applications<BR>* Ability to self-direct, multi-task, and set and achieve performance objectives?<BR>* Bachelor''s degree preferred<BR>* 5 years progressive experience in training and development in a manufacturing environment<BR>Job Location<BR>Woodinville, WA, US.<BR>Position Type<BR>Full-Time/Regular<BR>Salary<BR>$19.00-$25.00 US Dollar (USD)<BR>- Submit/Create a new r?sum?/CV for this posting<BR>- Use an existing r?sum?/CV to submit for this posting<BR>- Email this posting to a friend                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            </font></td>
