<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Duties & Responsibilities: <BR><BR> Incumbent's responsibilities will generally focus on one or more of the following: <BR>o Commercial <BR>o National Accounts <BR>o Distribution and Representatives <BR>o Service Account Management (Service Sales) <BR>o New equipment <BR>o Field Sales <BR>o Sales Estimation (non-exempt only) <BR><BR>Maintains backlog and funnel report for revenue and prospect reporting <BR>Develops a training curriculum <BR>o Senior Account Managers <BR>o Account Managers <BR>o Sales Administrative Assistants <BR><BR> Complete understanding of differences between firm-fixed (FF) and rough order of magnitude (ROM) pricing <BR> Supports sales staff in obtaining front-end process answers and project definition <BR> Travel to subsidiaries and corporate office to develop understanding of associated business units <BR> Understanding of Sikorsky structure including points of contact for various support levels <BR> Establishing relationships with decision makers within prospects and existing customers <BR> Researching cost of past projects for pricing updates <BR> Contributing to overall corporate sales plan <BR> Prepare, monitor, and some responsibility for budget, staffing, and operational results <BR> Directly manages individual contributors and may manage supervisors or group leaders<BR> BA/BS degree w/6 -10+ years experience <BR> MA/MS degree w/4-7+ years experience Minimum Qualifications: <BR> Entrepreneurial sales spirit and experience working with the public/government in a customer service/sales capacity <BR> Ability to travel up to 20-25% of the time <BR> Ability to handle rejection and diplomatically turn potentially negative situations into a win-win for the client and LifePort <BR> Prefer experience working on base + commission, with history of success in a sales/marketing role <BR> Ability to articulate and present information to commercial and military clients <BR> Must be a U.S. Persons as defined by the U.S. Department of State ...For more infromation please see URL</font></td>
