 <td align="left">JOB DESCRIPTION: * Focus on Commercial, National Accounts, Distribution and Representatives, Service Account Management (Service Sales), New equipment, Field Sales, and Sales Estimation (non-exempt only) * Maintains backlog and funnel report for revenue and prospect reporting * Develops a training curriculum * Complete understanding of differences between firm-fixed (FF) and rough order of magnitude (ROM) pricing * Supports sales staff in obtaining front-end process answers and project definition * Travel to subsidiaries and corporate office to develop understanding of associated business units * Understanding of company structure including points of contact for various support levels * Establishing relationships with decision makers within prospects and existing customers * Researching cost of past projects for pricing updates * Contribute to overall corporate sales plan * Prepare, monitor, and some responsibility for budget, staffing, and operational results * Directly manages individual contributors and may manage supervisors or group leaders JOB REQUIREMENTS: Your resume must be targeted to the job description and requirements. * BA/BS degree w/6 -10+ years experience * MA/MS degree w/4-7+ years experience * Entrepreneurial sales spirit and experience working with the public/government in a customer service/sales capacity * Ability to travel up to 20-25% of the time * Ability to handle rejection and diplomatically turn potentially negative situations into a win-win for the client and company * Ability to articulate and present information to commercial and military clients PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Experience working on base + commission, with history of success in a sales/marketing role * Prior military experience preferred HOURS/DAYS/SCHEDULE: * Full time SALARY/WAGE/BENEFITS: * Salary is commensurate and competitive with skills and experience * Benefits available CLOSING DATE/DEADLINE: * Open until filled or at the direction of the employer HOW TO APPLY/REQUEST A REFERRAL: * In person process: Contact your nearest WorkSource Office with WA job number. * Employment Specialists are available from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday at WorkSource Cowlitz/Wahkiakum. * Online process: Email the required application materials to bsucowlitz@esd.wa.gov.
