               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Objective of the position:  Service and Maintain intended equipment design and construction for established manufacturing purposes.  <BR><BR>Tasks and Responsibilities:<BR>•Preventive maintenance of equipment by greasing, oiling including but not limited to checking chains, belts, conveying , manufacturing systems functions.<BR>oBearing greasing, oil fluid levels, chain and belt tension and conditions<BR>oSprockets, pins, gears, shears, and keepers conditions<BR>oGuards, brackets, rollers, welds <BR>•Develop working knowledge of entire plant including  but not limited to unloading, processing, packaging of products<BR>•Use power and hand tools to perform repairs and maintenance work<BR>•May drive forklift or use pallet jack<BR>•Fabricating using basic fabrication tools, welder, torches, and materials<BR>•Basic operational maintenance and trouble shooting on equipment<BR>•Follow work instructions and SOP’s<BR>•Various other duties in multiple departments as directed by supervisor and management.<BR>•Repairs equipment<BR>•Able to manage job assignments and assigned work orders until completed<BR>•Basic electrical knowledge is a plus<BR><BR>Food Quality:<BR>•Monitor equipment  to assure in good working order<BR>•Perform routine preventive maintenance checks<BR>•Report any concerns or issues to supervisor<BR><BR>Food Safety:<BR>•Follow company GMP program<BR>•Follow company policies and sanitation procedures  when completing maintenance activity<BR>•Report and food safety issues to shift supervisor<BR><BR>Occupational Safety:<BR>•Follow company safety protocols and procedures<BR>•Report any identified safety risks to safety committee member or management<BR><BR>Skills and Requirements:  <BR>•High School diploma or GED equivalent required.  Basic math, reading and good work ethic needed.<BR>•Basic computer literacy.<BR>•Must be able to multi-task and be self-motivated and a self-starter.<BR><BR>Work Environment:<BR>•Must be able to work in a high temperature dusty environment, schedule-driven 12 hr rotating shifts with a customer service orientation to support plant operations. Overtime may be necessary as workloads dictate.<BR>•Pre-employment drug and alcohol screening and e-file background testing required.<BR>•Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices, including appropriate safety equipment apply. Job will generally be performed in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.<BR>•While performing the duties of this position, the employee may be regularly required to climb stairs, ladders, work above ground level and walk plant floors that could exceed one mile of travel per day. <BR>•The employee must have a full range of body movements including use of hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, computer equipment and peripherals; and bending, reaching, and crouching.  Position may require lifting, bending crawling, kneeling, standing for long periods of time, reaching, frequent walking, frequent ladder climbing<BR>•Must have command of all five senses, sight, hearing, touch, smell and taste. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. <BR>•Strength: Must have the ability to lift 50 pounds with regularity.  <BR>•Must be able to understand and follow work instructions in English.</font></td>
