               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><b>ADVANCED REGISTERED NURSE PRACTITIONER</b><BR><BR><B>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b><BR>*Coordinate and provide medical and clinical services including engagement, assessment, differential diagnosis, recovery service planning, medication and medical management, education and risk assessment, and discharge planning.<BR>*Uses Recovery Coaching methods to maximize the opportunity to create recovery partnerships and recovery environment.<BR>*Provides coaching and support to other members of the team.<BR>*Promotes a No-Force-First environment that supports the Recovery Pathways.<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR><u>WorkSource will refer applicants to the employer who meet the following qualifications.  These qualifications must be addressed specifically in the application materials.</U><BR><BR>*Masters Degree with appropriate training as a Registered Nurse Practitioner.<BR>*Experience working in acute psychiatric setting.<BR>*Current license as an ARNP in the State of Washington is required.<BR>*Drug Enforcement Agency authorization to prescribe all necessary medication.<BR>*Current Healthcare provider CPR and First Aid Certifications.<BR>*Training and experiece with addiction issues strongly preferred.<BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:</b><BR>-Full time/40 hours per week.  Rotating days 7:00 am-7:30 pm or 7:30 pm-7:00 am.<BR><BR><b>SALARY / WAGE / BENEFITS:</b>  <BR>-Competitive salary based on education and experience.<BR>-Full time employee benefits.<BR><BR><b>CLOSING DATE / DEADLINE:</b><BR>-This position is open until filled or advised by employer.<BR><BR><b>HOW TO APPLY:</b><BR>Report to your nearest WorkSource office with Letter of Interest, Resume, and References addressing how you meet the employer requirements.  <BR><BR><BR></font></td>
