               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Provides clients and patients of YVFWC with the needed educational information related to social service agencies available in the YVFWC service area.<BR><BR><B>Qualifications<BR><BR>Education:</b> High School Diploma or GED required. Associate of Arts Degree in a related field preferred.<BR><BR><B>Experience: </B>Three years of relevant experience and knowledge of local community agencies and resources.<BR><BR><B>Licenses/Certificates/Registration: </B>Current Washington State driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance coverage. Child Car Seat Certification required (for designated positions). Certified Car Seat Technician Instruction required (for designated positions).<BR><BR><B>Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:</b> Bilingual in English/Spanish with demonstrated ability to communicate at level 10 on the ALTA language proficiency scale; Bilingual English/Spanish with interpreting skills; knowledge of the social and health agencies in the area and what they offer; ability to work independently with general guidance; ability to recognize a medical or emotional crisis and refer to an appropriate provider; community membership/shared experience with community being served; knowledge of medical terminology; and strong organizational skills.<BR><BR><B>Notes: Schedule will be 1-5 pm; some evening/weekends occasionally required.<BR><BR>About Us</b><BR><BR>The Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic (YVFWC) is the largest community health center in the Pacific Northwest.
