As part of that reorganization this role has been refocused solely on inside sales, meaning you'll have plenty of opportunities to make it your own. Prove yourself and grow the business, and this could be the first step in your career with the Yakima Herald-Republic.<BR><BR>To be a strong fit for the role of Inside Sales Manager, you will need:<BR><BR>    At least 2 years of leadership/management experience in an inside sales environment.<BR>    Proven success leading a team and increasing sales.<BR>    Experience using sales metrics to drive revenue, create benchmarks and hold sales representatives accountable.<BR>    A demonstrated ability to train, coach and motivate. You should be able to train people how to deliver a strong phone pitch.<BR>    Experience developing and implementing processes and procedures.<BR><BR>The Yakima Herald-Republic is the largest media outlet in the Yakima Valley - providing local news and information important to the daily lives of the community it serves.
