Responsible for calling on prospective customers to increase market share and produce a maximum amount of profitable new account sales. <BR><BR>      •  Requires the ability to learn and follow the UniFirst Sales System, sales procedures, product specifications, revenue programs, etc. <BR>      •  Calls on prospective customers to identify needs, present recommendations and solutions, present product lines and service support systems, and obtain new business orders within the assigned territory with the objective to achieve or exceed sales goals and quota utilizing the Customer Needs Analysis program. <BR>      •  Have knowledge of UniFirst selling system/program to include: Company history, Sales procedures/process, Service procedures, Plant operations, Product knowledge, Order and prepare work system, Sales Force Automation, Customer contracts, Pricing policy, Territory Organization Planning System, and selling scripts. <BR>      •  Manage sales territory by utilizing company's TOPS plan. Manage prospect database utilizing SFA handheld. <BR><BR>Requirements <BR><BR>Education: College degree preferred. Two years of business experience may be substituted for each year of college. <BR><BR>Experience: Preferred 1-3 years of experience in business to business sales with emphasis on new account acquisition. <BR><BR>Skills: Ability to sell, organize, motivate, analyze sales performance. <BR><BR>Computer skills plus working knowledge of Microsoft Office including MS Word and Excel. <BR><BR><BR>UniFirst offers a competitive compensation package including commissions, quarterly bonus plans, and many incentive programs tied to increasing revenues and customer retention.
