<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">This position is responsible for managing the restaurant and kitchen. <BR>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<BR>Manage employees engaged in serving customers, taking orders, preparing food and serving drinks.<BR>Adheres to and reinforces company policies, procedures and training guidelines.<BR>Documents performance or behavior concerns of staff members.<BR>Oversees compliance of established security, sales, and record keeping procedures.<BR>Ensures proper health, safety, and sanitation guidelines are adhered to and addresses any concerns immediately.<BR>Determines and sets appropriate stock levels and makes adjustments as needed.<BR>Works closely with vendors to maintain timely delivery of product.<BR>Experience in cooking and bartending. <BR>Experience with POS system and food and beverage costing.<BR>Produces reports monitoring labor costs, sales, loss, and waste.<BR>Performs regular audits to adequately control food cost and loss prevention. <BR>Ensures the demands of the restaurant and bar are being met through clear, effective communication with employees, customers, vendors, and management.</font></td>
