The incumbent provides Social Work Services to the veteran population.  Provides high quality case management, clinical treatment, advocacy, and coordination of linkages to other appropriate VA or community service providers and/or agencies as needed by the client.  This is accomplished in collaboration with other members of the interdisciplinary team. The incumbent is required to interact not only with the patient but also with family, significant others, community agencies, and other staff. 

 

GRADE AND SALARY WILL BE DETERMINED BY A BOARD OF PEERS.
