JOB SUMMARY:
? Strong experience in PHP/MySQL and development in scalable, enterprise model software ? Must possess a balance of strong technical skills and capabilities for interpersonal communication and teamwork ? Proactive thinking to anticipate changes to business model requirements ? Analytical thinking skills to review processes, provide improvements and collaborate with other ideas and suggestions ? Strong interpersonal skills to interface with IT Project manager, fellow programmers, internal and external business clients Requirements: ? Minimum three to five (3-5) years experience with MySQL, PHP, HTML5, Javascript, CSS, Prototype JS, ExtJS, SVN, Ubuntu server management for FTP and CRON jobs, Salesforce, API integration, eCommerce and Paypal integrations ? Review code for scalability and provide recommendations for improvement in collaboration with IT team and internal business leadership team ? Participate in review of code design and process improvement ? Maintain and enhance existing software platform ? Communicate with IT department representatives of client companies as necessary assist in the scope of requirements for API integrations, customizations and new development ? Meet project deadlines expediently and consistently ? Collaborate with ancillary development teams on join project efforts Preferences: ? Ability to occasionally use Photoshop ? Familiarity with CSV, XML, and SQL files ? Knowledge of content management system integration Personality Requirements: ? Strong analytical skills ability to translate data to strategy ? Ability to think creatively and strategically ? Excellent organization and time management skills ? Visual design skills are a strong plus ? Conceptual thinking, presentation skills at a high level. ? A drive for wanting to build products from the user's point of view ? Ability to work on multiple projects with minimal assistance from fellow team members ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills ? Ability to work and communicate pro-actively with business owners, and clients Cultural Requirements: ? Passionate. Must have hunger and ambition the desire to perform every day without needing external motivation. ? Humble. Wants the organization to succeed, not just himself/herself. ? Creative. Must be able to see new opportunities that are not apparent to others. ? Principled. Must have integrity and project the proper image of Rural America Onshore Sourcing, Inc. ? Team-Oriented. Must be able to communicate well and, more importantly, to listen well. Education: College degree is helpful; but not required. Real world experience is more important.
