This Clinical Pharmacy Specialist position located in Chippewa Falls, WI is part of the Minneapolis VA Health Care System which is part of a larger network called the VA Midwest Healthcare System in VISN 23.

The incumbent will function at the highest level of clinical practice working independently based on their scope of practice as a mid-level provider performing comprehensive pharmaceutical care. Activities include providing consultative/referral services for intensive medication therapy management (MTM) and disease state management.

The incumbent for this position may be eligible to apply for the Student Loan Repayment Program.
