Redi Services is looking for an experienced Paintings Coatings Manager specializing in the Industrial field. SUMMARY: Will take on responsibility of managing the Lyman, WY location Industrial Paint Department and running a profitable business line. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -Will be managing crews and jobs using epoxies and paints on industrial tanks equipment in the shop and out in the field. -Supervision of work including but not limited to: inspections, job prep, sandblasting, painting, coating, clean up, etc. -Key role will be estimating and bidding out jobs, maintaining and fostering existing client relationships, and taking on new growth opportunities. -Includes field and office work. Willingness to travel to various locations a must. -Office work includes, but is not limited to, invoicing, tracking and submitting timesheets, billing, managing expenses, and more. REQUIRED JOB SKILLS/TRAINING: -Must be highly motivated, with excellent people and leadership skills. -Must be able to communicate both verbally and written. -Must have the ability to manage others. -Prior supervisory experience and estimating/job bidding experience preferred. Relocation to the Southwest Wyoming area required. Salary DOE
