JOB SUMMARY:
Branch Manager/Sales ManagerPay will be negotiable Branch Manager/Sales Manager will complete and update an analysis of business potential in assigned market.Use the market analysis to complete a business plan for the year.Develop monthly and quarterly financial goals based on the business plan and fiscal budget.Ensure strategic client information sheets are completed on all clients serviced by the branch.Work with branch staff to develop a strategy for retaining the branchapos;s key accounts.Develop list of new customer targets using Ideal Customer Profile that will help achieve branch financial objectives.Complete blue sheeting and sales funnel on top new customer prospects.Develop a needs assessment and sales strategy for selling appropriateservices to targeted prospects.Complete required reports on sales and customer service activities. Review reports with RAD manager weekly. Job Requirements:HS/GED3-5 years experienceAll applicants will be subject to a pre-employment background checkApplicant will be subject to a drug screen as a condition of employmentApplicant will be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report Skills:Knowledge of oil and gas industryAbility to read and analyze various financial reports related to branch operations.Capability to effectively communicate with associates at all levels and with outside contacts.College degree or equivalent years of experience and training.Highly effective in closing new business.Minimum 2 years related experience in sales and operations management.Staffing industry background helpful but other industry cold call sales experience will be consideredStrong analytical, organizational, negotiating and decision-making skills.Strong leadership skills with team building experience.Willing to work Day shift.
