Additional Salary Information: The salaries shown on this announcement include the 24.69% Locality Rate. Locality pay is taxable and is subject to change in the future. As of January 2012, the Cost of Living(COLA) was set at 5.57% for Anchorage, Fairbanks and Juneau, the rest of Alaska is 7.18%. This amount is paid on a bi-weekly basis. The COLA rate is not included in the salaries shown on this announcement. COLA is not subject to Federal income tax but is subject to annual review.

Permanent Change of Station (PCS) - Employees with status: A fixed relocation payment of $27,000 will be paid.
