About the Position:
The work involves standing and bending in the assessment, examination and treatment of patients. Occasionally some lifting will be required as assistance is given to other personnel in maneuvering patients into positions for examination, treatment, and testing.
Work is performed in a clinical setting where exposure to infectious and contagious diseases is common. Appropriate precautions must be taken to prevent the spread of disease to self and other patients.
Work is subject to rotating shifts and/or irregular tour of duty to include weekends, nights, and/or holidays, depending on area of assignment.
Duty location: You will be working in the Department of Primary Care at Lyster Army Health Clinic at Fort Rucker, AL.
