The Military Intelligence Civilian Excepted Career Program (MICECP) is the premier civilian intelligence program within the U.S. Army which is comprised of Human Intelligence (HUMINT) and Counterintelligence (CI) professionals who are centrally managed, trained and assigned to rewarding positions across the globe.
About the Position: This is a Military Intelligence Civilian Excepted Career Program (MICECP) position. This is an Excepted Service position under the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). If selected, initial assignment will be to this position and the duties described, in accordance with the MICECP, and will be subject to involuntary reassignment into any MICECP GG-0132-14 worldwide based on program needs. Generally, these rotations occur every 3-5 years. The selectee is also subject to deployment in support of U.S. contingency operations. Based on the rotational nature of this program and variety of positions that can be assigned, it is highly desired that applicant's have counterintelligence and/or HUMINT experience in multiple Theaters; have operational experience as well as staff experience; and CI or HUMINT experience in a deployed environment.
