NOTE:  THE PHYSICIAN'S ACTUAL SALARY WILL BE DETERMINED BY A COMPENSATION PANEL WHICH TAKES INTO ACCOUNT THEIR EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND THE SUPERVISOR'S RECOMMENDATION.
