The purpose of the training and Curriculum Specialist position is to provide and deliver a comprehensive training program to Child Development Program personnel and Child Development Home Providers that support the professional requirements of their positions. A T&C Specialist is assigned responsibility for training up to 50 Child Development Center staff and provides support and training to the Child Development Home staff and providers. This position is expected to operate independently with minimum supervision toward overall objectives of the programs.
