This position is in the Division of Coverage, Reporting and Disclosure, Office of Regulations and Interpretations (ORI), a major component of the Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA). EBSA is responsible for administering and securing compliance with the provisions of Title I of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), as well as certain provisions of the Internal Revenue Code and the Federal Employees Retirement System Act.  The Division is responsible for issuing interpretive guidance concerning the coverage, reporting, disclosure, preemption and other (non-fiduciary) provisions of Title I of ERISA.  The incumbent, as a professional in the Division, provides technical and policy guidance on a wide range of interpretive, regulatory, enforcement and legislative issues for which the Division is responsible.  PCS expenses are not being offered.
