The Office of Procurement and Property Management (OPPM) is seeking a motivated and highly-qualified candidate for an exciting full-time permanent position located in the Procurement Systems Division located in Washington, DC.

 

The position serves within the USDA's Procurenment Systems Division (PSD). The Incumbent provides analytical and programmatic support to the USDA's procurement community. The USDA Officer of Procurment and Property Management is responsible for procurement and acquistion of goods and servies, other than agricultural (food) commodities.  This position serves under the USDA’s DM’s, OPPM, Procurement Systems Division (PSD). PSD’s primary responsibility is development, deployment and maintenance of the USDA Integrated Acquisition System (IAS).  A Department-wide automated procurement system.
