One vacancy exists for a Health System Specialist (Facility Planner), GS-671-12 T13, at the North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Health System, Lake City, Florida.  The Health System Specialist (Facility Planner) is responsible for strategic planning, Capital Assets realignment, outpatient clinics (OPCs), community based outpatient clinics (CBOCs), and business planning associated with program development and expansion initiatives.  The incumbent coordinates population-based studies involving data expansion initiatives.  The incumbent coordinates population-based studies involving data collection and analysis, statistical forecasting and related methodologies, and special projects for the Medical Center Assistant Director involving facility-specific or network-wide initiatives.

 

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
