This position is organizationally aligned with the VHA, Chief Business Office (CBO), Member Services who is charged with the responsibility to define, implement and oversee the Health Eligibility Center (HEC).

TOUR OF DUTY: Between 7:00am-5:30pm (Management to determine based on business need)
