Position Summary: A vacancy exists for an Advance Practice Nurse (APN) for position as Clinical Simulation Lab Coordinator at the Indianapolis VA Medical Center.  He/she will set up the Clinical Simulation Program: writing all policies and procedures pertaining to the Simulation Center, developing budget and cleaning & maintaining equipment etc. This energetic person will research new trends in simulation education and develop training scenarios using state of the art simulation equipment.   He/she will be a resource to others in getting the most out of the equipment for training purposes.     

 

 Hours: 7am – 3:30pm M-F with some weekend and evening coverage as needed.  Compressed Work Week with 9 hr days is possible.
