Job Summary:

A new position exists for a Nurse Recruiter/Quality Management for the Roudebush VA Medical Center. The Nurse Recruitment/Quality Management Registered Nurse (NR/QM RN) position is responsible for duties and responsibilities related to the Nurse Recruitment and Nursing Quality Management programs.   The NR/QM RN will provide coverage in the absence of the Nurse Recruiter and will assist in Nurse Recruitment duties as assigned and will provide leadership in performance improvement activities related to clinical and administrative issues. This position reports directly to the Chief, Patient Care Services/Clinical Support/Resource Management/Quality Management.  

The tour of duty is mainly day shift Monday through Friday, but flexibility in work schedule is required.   

 

Applicant's education and experience will be reviewed by a Professional Standards Board and Compensation Panel (for physicians and dentists) in determining the grade and salary of the applicant selected. The recommended salary may be at any point in the range listed for this vacancy.
