INTRODUCTION: This position is located in Northern Kentucky University, Highland Heights, Kentucky providing the Army Reserve Officer Training Corp (ROTC) program.  Its purpose is to serve as a member of the faculty for the University, to instruct ROTC cadets, and to manage assigned areas of the Department of Military Science for professional military development.  The incumbent serves as the Assistant Professor of Military Science (APMS) in the ROTC program at a University and at satellite locations.  Incumbent provides Army National Guard (ARNG) experience and expertise to the University’s Department of Military Science.

Wear of the military uniform is a requirement of this position

You must obtain/maintain a compatible military position

Must be physically fit and able to participate in field training.

Must pass the APFT without alternate events.
