WHAT DOES A LEAD INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST (SYSTEMS ANALYSIS/APPLICATIONS SOFTWARE)DO? An Information Technology Specialist, in the Systems Analysis/Applications Software organization, provides expert technical support to internal and external customers by providing programming and analytical support for the development and implementation of critical software applications.
