This position is assigned to: Office of the Chief of Staff

TOUR OF DUTY: Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

This position requires the completion of the Credentialing process. Probationary period applies to full-time staff physicians only.

NOTE:   Relocation/Recruitment Incentive may be authorized in filling this vacancy. The Appraised Value Offer (AVO) maybe authorized.
