This position is located in the Non-Nuclear Inspection Branch, Non-Nuclear Inspection Division, Quality Assurance Office. This branch is responsible for the acceptance of material and equipment at the vendor’s plant by inspecting, reviewing, and evaluating the vendor’s procedures, documents, and material. The successful aspirant of this position will conduct product inspections at the vendor’s plant on all types of critical submarine material. These items include but are not limited to Level I SUBSAFE items such as valves, fittings, manifold pumps, welding electrodes, pipe, tubing, and fasteners.
