Join the team! This position is located in the Office of Human Resources (EXRM). EXRM formulates the overall agency human capital policies, procedures, and practices. As a member of of the EXRM team, you will support specific internal organizations in the full-range of human resource programs including staffing, employee development and recognition, position and pay management, personnel records, employee and labor relations advisory services, position classification, performance management, employee benefits and assistance, drug-free work place, workers'compensation, incentive awards, and payroll and personnel information systems. This position is located in Bethesda, MD and is perfect for an experienced human resources specialist who is looking to expand their breadth of experience in a mission focused organization.
