If you have experience with IT customer support, diagnosing and resolving problems in response to customer reported incidents AND you want to play a significant role in a dynamic organization, then consider joining the Customer Support Branch (CSB), Center for Biomedical Informatics (CBI), Office of Management (OM), National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI).

The CSB configures, installs, and troubleshoots all IT devices deployed to the NHLBI user community. By delivering high-quality, customer-oriented technical support, the CSB ensures the optimal operation and usage of NHLBI IT resources.
