This position will serve as an administrative technical specialist in the Signature Materials Physics Branch, Code 7210, at the Naval Surface Warfare Center – Carderock Division, located in West Bethesda MD.  The branch is responsible for conducting research and development and providing engineering services that relate to material system development leading to effective and affordable control of ship acoustic signatures.  The branch and this position support the NSWCCD Core Equity of Active and Passive Acoustic Signatures and Silencing Systems for submarines and surface ships.
