This position is within the and Industrial OPS Department, Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) (6.0), Aviation Resources & Readiness Analysis Dept (AIR-6.8), Logistics Product Data Division (AIR-6.8.5), Technical Data Branch (6.8.5.1), Technical Manual Section (6.8.5.1.1). The selectee serves as National Competency Lead for Technical Manuals and serves as the NAVAIR recognized authority pertaining to technical manuals and all policies and processes governing acquisition, quality assurance, distribution, and archival.  As NAVAIR Key Stakeholder for Corporate Policy and Processes, leads and coordinates with NAVAIR program teams the development of standards, guidance, plans, and implementation. The selectee has a broad range of responsibilities associated with development and execution of Technical Manuals and its relationship to other product data throughout the lifecycle and as managed in an Integrated Data Environment and/or Automated Logistics Environment.
