At Harry S. Truman Memorial Veterans' Hospital, LPN salaries range from GS3 Step 1 ($24,933) to GS6, Step 12 ($45,376).  Our LPN Professional Standards Board considers the selected applicant's education and nursing practice (experience) when recommending an appropriate grade and salary.
