Truman Memorial Veterans' Hospital, fully qualified critical care nurse salaries range from Nurse I Step 1 ($48,800) to Nurse III, Step 12 ($83,467).  Our Nurse Professional Standards Board considers the selected applicant's education and nursing practice (experience) with regard to the following four dimensions of nursing: Practice, Professional Development, Collaboration and Scientific Inquiry when recommending an appropriate grade and salary.
