Applicants must not be listed on the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Office of Inspector General Sanctions database.Clinical privileges must be recommended by the Chief, Staff/Professional Standards Board and granted by the Director of Kansas City VAMC. The physician must provide complete credentialing and privileging information in a timely, expeditious way to the Credentialing Office. Employment is contingent on the ability of the physician to be credentialed by the VA Credentialing Office.
