Truman Memorial Veterans' Hospital, fully qualified staff nurse salaries range from Nurse I Step 1 ($42,500) to Nurse III, Step 12 ($80,561).  Our Nurse Professional Standards Board considers the selected applicant's education and nursing practice (experience) with regard to the following four dimensions of nursing: Practice, Professional Development, Collaboration and Scientific Inquiry when recommending an appropriate grade and salary.
