This position is located at Offutt Air Force Base.

 

This position is for a Senior IT Specialist in system analysis and applications software design and implementation. Projects typically involve feasibility studies to determine requirements for developing entirely new or making substantial modifications to existing applications software, and the analysis of large, complex information systems which are characterized by the need for substantial problem analysis.

 

PCS WILL NOT BE PAID

 

OTHER SIGNIFICANT FACTS ARE:

Work may occasionally require travel away from the normal duty station on military or commercial aircraft.

The work may require the employee to drive a motor vehicle. An appropriate, valid driver's license may be required for the position.

The work may require the incumbent to obtain and maintain an appropriate top secret security clearance. 

May be required to acquire and maintain certifications(s).

Will be required to obtain drug test before beginning work.

 

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT/OTHER SIGNIFICANT FACTS

• The employee may be subject to random drug testing.
• Employee may be required to work other than normal duty hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
• The employee will be required to obtain and maintain a top secret security clearance
