This vacancy is for a temporary position located at the Switching Systems Division, Telecommunications and Maintenance Department, Telecommunications and Information Systems Directorate (TISD), Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS), Cherry Point, North Carolina. The Telecommunications Specialist operates and maintains the Central Office Telephone Switch along with the associated remote switches, access nodes, and to plan, install, and test voice and data transport services. This position may be extended or converted to permanent without further competition.
