Civilian employees serve a vital role in supporting the Army mission.  They provide the skills that are not readily available in the military, but crucial to support military operations.  The Army integrates the talents and skills of its military and civilian members to form a Total Army.

About the Position:

Fort Bragg is co-located with Fayetteville, a culturally diverse city. Fort Bragg is known as the "Home of the Airborne and Special Operations Forces". Fort Bragg is centrally located in the beautiful state of North Carolina, which enjoys seasonably palatable weather year round and is surrounded by several colleges and universities. Fort Bragg is two hours from the beach and approximately five hours from the Appalachian Mountains.

 

The primary duty location is Fort Bragg, NC; however, the selectee can expect to be TDY or TCS to the CENTCOM theater in excess of 179 days per year.

 

This position may be extended, but will automatically sunset 30 SEP 2015.

 

Relocation costs are not authorized.
