Civilian employees serve a vital role in supporting the Army mission.  They provide the skills that are not readily available in the military, but crucial to support military operations.  The Army integrates the talents and skills of its military and civilian members to form a Total Army.

About the Position:
This position is located in the Mission Support Element, G8 Division, Fort Bragg, NC.  Fort Bragg is a culturally diverse area with both rural and city populations, co-located at Fayetteville, North Carolina, centrally located in the beautiful state of North Carolina, which enjoys a temperature year-round climate and world-renowned colleges and universities. Fayetteville is centrally located between the beautiful beaches of North Carolina and the scenic Blue Ridge and Smoky Mountains.

Payment of Relocation expenses is not authorized, based on a determination that a permanent change of station move is not in the Government interest.

Temporary Duty (TDY) travel is 10 percent

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance

Must obtain/maintain an IAT I level of Information Assurance Certification

Must be able to lift and move equipment weighing up to 44 pounds

May be required to work overtime

Must posses and maintain a valid motor vehicle driver's license
