Work Schedule: Full Time Monday - Friday, Day Shift

 

This position is for a Physician Extender (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) in the Mental Health Care Line at the VA Medical Center, Chillicothe, Ohio.  

 

Duties associated with this position include but are not limited to the urgent care area, the chronic psychiatric long term care unit, the psychosocial residential rehabilitation treatment program, the substance abuse and vocational rehabilitation domiciliary units, and the substance abuse treatment program/addiction recovery services as needed. The incumbent will work under the supervision of a physician and will be called upon to provide coverage throughout the Mental Health Care Line duty sections.
