The VA Medical Center located in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking Two (2.0) Permanent Full-Time Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeons to assume staff positions as we strategically plan for retirement of key staff.  The Cincinnati program is the most comprehensive in Ohio, serving veterans with complex surgical needs for the South-central portion of the state.  All candidates must have strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills with a commitment to academics.  The candidate(s) will receive an academic faculty appointment with the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at the University of Cincinnati School of Medicine commensurate with training and experience to support orthopedic resident and medical student training as an ACGME-approved training site.  General Orthodontists or those with specialty interests will be considered.  Ideal candidates will have a record of successful practice management, excellent clinical and surgical skills in an academic setting, and significant achievement in basic or clinical research. NO AGENCIES PLEASE!  Cincinnati is located on the Ohio River, with many cultural attractions, professional sports and year round family activities.
