Civilian employees serve a vital role in supporting the Army mission. They provide the skills that are not readily available in the military, but crucial to support military operations. The Army integrates the talents and skills of its military and civilian members to form a Total Army.

About the Position:

You will serve as an Industrial Hygienist for the US Army Health Clinic at the Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambergsburg, Pennslyvania. During surveys, you will be exposed to all the risks and discomforts associated with the installation’s function. Although employees are exposed only to the hazards in their work site, as an industrial hygienist, you will visit all works sites and therefore be exposed to many more hazards. Investigations and surveys involve physical exertion such as carrying equipment, climbing, standing, walking, and bending.

Position is designated as Inclement Weather Essential.

This is a Career Program 12 (CP 12) position.
