Note: The incumbent although assigned to the H.J. Heinz facility, may be required to perform duty assignments at any of the three facilities (University Drive, H.J.Heinz, and Highland Drive) of the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System.
AREA OF CONSIDERATION: All permanent employees of the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System (Station#646) and VISN 4 employees (Station#481), including Full-Time permanent Excepted Service Title 38, Full-Time permanent Title 38 Hybrid, and permanent Veterans Canteen employees (with at least 90 days of continuous service). Title 38, Title 38 Hybrid employees must have at least one year of continuous service and be eligible under an interchange agreement. In addition, Reinstatement, VA reassignment, and Transfer eligibles may apply as well as qualified (State Certified) disabled individuals, and CTAP/ICTAP displaced individuals.
