As an IT Specialist (Customer Support), you will be responsible for managing technical support issues for VA Pittsburgh. These key responsibilities are essential to making sure the medical centers information systems are operating efficiently in support of patient care and other administrative services.

Area of Consideration: Initial consideration will be given to permanent employees of the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System (including permanent Veterans Canteen Service employees), full-time permanent Title 38 and Hybrid Title 38 employees.
