POSITION:  Physician, Ambulatory Care, Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT), VM-0602.  Three full time permanent positions.  These positions are located in Ambulatory Care, at the VA Montana Health Care System, Great Falls Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC), Great Falls, MT; Kalispell CBOC, Kalispell, MT; and Glasgow CBOC, Glasgow, MT.  Hours of work:  Monday through Friday.   Salary will be determined by a Compensation Panel and will be based on education and experience.
