Employee serves as a consultant to senior leadership; typically is involved in projects leading to the development of new and improved processes and technologies for use by others. Work contributes to the improvement of productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency in program operations and administrative support activities at different echelons within the organization. The work affects the plans, goals, and effectiveness of the mission.
